Amit Greenshtein is a Founder and a Managing Member of the General Partner and Investment Adviser. Greenshtein started trading securities in 2014 using his Bar Mitzvah money under a custodial brokerage account. In 2014, he co-founded the New Albany Investment Group with his partner, Andrew McCarthy. The organization’s main goal was to gather and teach interested local high schoolers about the stock market and fundamental analysis. In 2015, Greenshtein shifted his focus to e-commerce. In early 2018, Greenshtein invested all of his e-commerce profits into stocks. Amit Greenshtein & Andrew McCarthy have a comprehensive background in media, advertising, and finance. Unrelated to the fund, they’ve garnered over 1 million followers across finance-niche social platforms (Instagram accounts @investments & @alerts & @hedgefundinvestor and TikTok account @investments). The two are the largest individual investors in Greenshtein McCarthy, LP. They are well-seasoned, experienced entrepreneurs with an extensive history in the space, allowing them to invest in what they use. Amit Greenshtein is on the board for the City of New Albany CIC investment committee. Amit Greenshtein is an alumnus of UC Berkeley Engineering, Materials Science, 2017-2020, graduating in 6 semesters. Prior to their business ventures, Greenshtein & McCarthy grew up on the same soccer field, went to grade school together, and then created the New Albany Investment Club at the high school to help other teens learn about investing & finance in 2014.

Andrew began by trading small cap stocks using a combination of fundamental and technical analysis to make his trades. In 2014, he began his professional career founding the New Albany Investment Group with his partner, Amit Greenshtein where they researched and analyzed stocks with other local high schoolers. In 2015, Andrew entered the international e-commerce industry where he leveraged large social media accounts to bring traffic and revenue to his stores.
